feel that i am older and becoming an adult
yet
feel that i am still young because i havent touched the 20s.
how ironic is that.
just 3 more days in japan...
feeling complicated.
a lot of my views had changed.
however, this trip is a valuable lesson.
after the vce results were out yesterday, i started to become more nervous.
have a feeling that i wont get what i wanted.
if i didnt do good, im dead.
my whole future is gonna be ripped apart.
16th 6am is the results.
need to wake up at 4am here...

之後開估...
就算係日本識日文﹐ 都未必溝通到。係日本人文化中﹐ 並冇真正的‘是’ 和 ‘不是’...
有一次﹐ 想買一件衫﹐ 就試下。
之後間鋪條友走左過黎up野...
然後我決定左買啦﹐ 就同佢講 「はい、いいです。」( 好﹐ 行了!)
佢黎左句「かしこ参りました！」(明白了!)
咁我就去比錢﹐ 點知條友歐返件衫﹐ 然後去sell第二個。
我完全一舊雲... 又5想咁lorrr, 就放棄左。
之後同個同學講, 原來個sells 誤會左以為我話「はい、いいです。」(行了﹐ 夠了!)
真係呀! YES又係YES, 但係又係NO! 超煩!
吸收過教訓, 第二次我講「OK です！」
就買到啦...

1/3 through my japan trip...
i actually learned a lot of weird stuff ohoh ;]
so why would ppls on the train cover up their books when reading?
well according to a typical japanese, its main reasons are:
1. to protect the book from dirtiness
2. privacy - so other ppls on the train cant see wat ur reading...
3. not significant, but for the bookshop to advertise using the cover...
why would japanese girls put excessive make-up on?
1. by looking at magazines and media, japanese girls get the perception that excessive makeup=cute
2. they're just simply copying idols/models...
3. BUT they would wash the makeup off before sleeping...
why are there no rubbish bins on street?
1. environment issues - rubbish bins=ppls would chuck anything in it
2. no rubbish bins encourage recycling/reuse
3. terrorism - bombs in rubbish bins
why do waiters in ramen shop has to keep repeating 'WELCOME'?
1. to greet customers
2. to look more enthusiastic
3. to get customers...
japan is such a strange place... haha
